Capstone Collection

This senior course is designed to bring together all the knowledge gained, and the skills acquired throughout the previous coursework in the degree plan. Students are expected to perform in a professional manner, which includes employing good time management, and adhering to deadlines, applying broad and worldly knowledge in their concepts and presentations, and recognizing, understanding and being able to manipulate subtleties in their design work. Students will work independently to construct garments that demonstrate their knowledge. The capstone project is a creation of a four-look collection designed for a specific target market of the student’s choosing.
